Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Business Development and Strategic Growth Consultant to expand engagement, partnership development, and mission alignment across the NATO enterprise. The role focuses on strategic growth, multinational partnerships, and positioning innovative solutions to support NATO acquisition activities, with emphasis on IT Modernization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of international business development, capture management, strategic growth, or defense‑sector leadership.
Experience with NATO contract vehicles and procurement.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to access a national NATO Mission, which requires citizenship of a NATO member nation.
Existing executive relationships within NATO structures (preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year NATO growth strategy aligned to priorities.
Identify whitespace opportunities in IT Modernization, Cloud, Edge, Cyber/Zero Trust, C2, Nuclear C3, and other areas.
Engage customers early to shape acquisition constructs and position Leidos’ capabilities.
Lead or support early capture shaping activities and price-to-win alignment.
