You will work with cross-functional teams across art, engineering, and production in a highly autonomous, distributed environment, contributing to a globally engaging player experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable design experience in live mobile or free-to-play games.
• Strong understanding of game systems, balance, and player motivation.
• Hands-on Unity experience and content tool usage.
• Ability to translate data and feedback into refined designs.

Responsibilities

• Own design of complex features and content from concept to data implementation.
• Architect gameplay systems to ensure engagement and balance.
• Analyze and refine economy, loops, and combat meta based on data.
