Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a Senior Mendix Developer in Utrecht, Netherlands, for a permanent, hybrid role (2/3 days WFO). You will design, build and maintain enterprise-grade Mendix applications, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders in a Dutch-speaking environment.

Required: 5+ years IT experience with Mendix, Mendix Studio Pro, microflows/nanoflows, REST/SOAP integrations, and Agile/Scrum experience, plus strong security and performance understanding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with Mendix development.
• Extensive Mendix Studio Pro experience.
• Strong knowledge of microflows, nanoflows, and domain modeling.
• Experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations.
• Good understanding of security, performance and scalability.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Mendix applications with best practices.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Mendix solutions.
• Develop microflows, nanoflows, domain models and UI components.
• Integrate Mendix apps with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability; perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and testers; document work.
