Job summary

Valcon Nederland is expanding its Mendix capability, seeking a (Senior) Principal Mendix Consultant to lead multidisciplinary project and DevOps teams and own end-to-end delivery of scalable Mendix applications.

You will guide architecture, run workshops, influence design decisions, and contribute to pre-sales while mentoring colleagues. Our hybrid environment spans NL and Europe, with opportunities to coach others and drive long-term platform strategy.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years as Mendix specialist with hands-on delivery.
• Nice to have Mendix Expert Developer Certification.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary Mendix projects and DevOps teams with end-to-end ownership.
• Drive architecture, workshops, design decisions and ensure quality.
• Coach Mendix teams and collaborate across client domains.
• Support pre-sales and shape client proposals and proofs-of-concepts.
• Help grow Valcon's Low-Code capability and standards.
