Job summary

Capgemini in Utrecht seeks a Senior Mendix Consultant to join the Enterprise Low-Code cluster. You will design, develop, and optimize Mendix applications, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and guide clients on Low-Code strategies to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead teams in Agile/Scrum/DevOps, mentor consultants, and contribute to Capgemini's Low-Code community while focusing on Dutch-speaking engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Mendix development experience.
• IT-related degree or equivalent software engineering background.
• Broad Mendix platform development: domain modelling, microflows, nanoflows, security, integrations, data management, performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize Mendix applications delivering client value.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape digital transformation initiatives.
• Advise clients on Low-Code strategy, roadmaps, and governance.
• Design enterprise-grade solutions integrating SAP, Azure, APIs, and data platforms.
