Job summary

Capgemini in Utrecht is seeking a Medior Mendix Consultant to join our Enterprise Low-Code cluster. You will design, develop, and optimize Mendix applications that create tangible value for clients, working in multidisciplinary teams across architecture, integration, cloud, AI, security and data.

You will collaborate with specialists, grow beyond Mendix, and contribute to AI-enabled business processes while supporting junior colleagues in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Mendix development experience.
• IT-related degree or equivalent in software engineering / low-code.
• Experience with Mendix platform development: domain modelling, microflows, nanoflows, security, integrations, data management, performance.
• Excellent Dutch language skills are required for Dutch-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Mendix applications that create value for clients, from small processes to large business-critical systems.
• Translate business challenges into impactful Low-Code solutions with clients and project teams.
• Work with domain modelling, microflows, nanoflows, security, integrations, data management and performance within Mendix.
• Apply AI capabilities, automation, and modern development practices within Mendix solutions.
• Learn on the job while taking more ownership within Agile, Scrum, or DevOps teams.
• Contribute to growth of junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Develop a second area of expertise alongside Mendix, e.g., UI/UX, integrations, high-code, security, or performance.
