Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center seeks a Senior Meetings & Events Operations Supervisor to oversee daily M&E operations, including setup and teardown of meeting rooms, within the Food & Beverage team. The candidate will support the M&E Operations Manager and strive to enhance guest satisfaction through proactive service and timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily Meeting & Events (M&E) operations, delivering guest conference and M&E service at the highest level.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage department to ensure seamless service.
• Assist and support the M&E Operations Manager where needed.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Execute plans and objectives for banqueting initiatives and hotel targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
