Job summary

Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West and Amsterdam Congress Center is seeking a Meetings & Events Planner to bridge sales and operations, ensuring flawless execution of conferences, meetings and events for corporate clients.

You will coordinate details, manage last-minute changes, work with kitchen, F&B, Front Office and Housekeeping, and strive to deliver exceptional guest experiences across 21 spaces including a 750-guest ballroom and rooftop venue.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field (HBO level).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a PMS or event management system.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between sales and event execution; ensure all details are organized after an event is sold.
• Coordinate changes and site visits; manage last-minute adjustments and on-site communications.
• Ensure operations departments are aware of agreements and details.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver a seamless, professional experience.
