Job summary

• Proven track record in mechanical design within high-tech systems.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in mechatronic and precision system design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with customers, architects and core project team to ensure alignment.
• Translate customer needs into specifications and define mechanical architecture and subsystems.
• Define test and integration requirements to support the V-model development cycle and ensure design quality.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks to support growth and success.
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and practical solutions.
• Lead by example and guide larger multidisciplinary teams.
