Job summary

Nike is seeking a Senior Manager, People Process Delivery, Tier II to lead the EMEA team responsible for the operational delivery and administration of compensation, benefits and time off programs. You will partner with Total Rewards, Payroll and HR operations to ensure programs are accurate, compliant and scalable across the region.

• Experience leading HR operations, especially compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong leadership of managers and professional teams.
• Deep understanding of compensation cycles, benefits operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience operationalizing new compensation/benefits programs from design to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits across EMEA with focus on compliance and service quality.
• Own annual compensation cycles including salary reviews and incentives.
• Oversee benefits program delivery, vendor administration, and enrollment activities.
• Partner with Total Rewards COEs to implement new programs and changes.
• Establish operational controls, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards to mitigate risk.
• Lead vendor governance and performance reviews to ensure contractual obligations.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and simplification for scalability.
• Oversee governance and audit readiness for compensation and benefits activities.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory changes and translate requirements into compliant processes.
• Use data and feedback to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team with a culture of accountability.
