Job summary

NIKE, Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a strategic, senior leader to drive the CODE process across EMEA, coordinating internal teams and partners to deliver end-to-end sell-in to sell-through strategies.

You will partner with EMEA NMP, Sport, Business Integration and Strategic Account teams, championing cross-functional alignment and leading transformation programs to improve cadence and partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial strategy/transformation with cross-functional exposure.
• Advanced communication and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong planning and leadership of multi-workstream initiatives.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end B2B processes and partner engagement.
• Executive-level stakeholder management across geographies.
• Change leadership orientation with transformation delivery experience.
• Experience leading pilots and process re-engineering in GTM or sales ops.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end CODE process for Nike partners across EMEA.
• Drive cross-functional CODE gates and translate seasonal strategy into execution.
• Lead seasonal journey planning and align stakeholders for delivery.
• Champion cross-functional alignment among NMP, Sport, and Business Integration.
• Identify and drive process improvements to evolve CODE for partners.
• Maintain the EMEA CODE calendar and ensure clarity for all teams.
• Design scalable engagement models for Product Engagement across Strategic Accounts.
