Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a strategic, cross-functional leader to own the end-to-end CODE process for EMEA partner engagements, translating seasonal strategy into actionable plans and orchestrating cross-team alignment across NMP, Sport, Business Integration and Strategic Accounts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial strategy/transformation with exposure to strategic accounts
• Advanced communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream initiatives
• Deep expertise in end-to-end B2B processes and partner ecosystems
• Strategic portfolio mindset across tiers and geographies
• Executive-level stakeholder management across organizational levels and geographies
• Change leadership to drive transformation in GTM/sales operations
• Experience leading pilot programs and process re-engineering

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CODE process for Nike partners across EMEA
• Drive cross-functional CODE gates and seasonal strategy execution
• Lead seasonal journey planning and stakeholder readiness
• Champion cross-functional alignment across EMEA NMP, Sport, BI, and Strategic Accounts
• Identify and lead CODE process improvements
• Maintain the EMEA CODE calendar and visibility for all stakeholders
• Develop frameworks and execution clarity for CODE
• Lead CODE evolution for EMEA Sales including pilot programs across markets
