Job summary

Nike is seeking a Senior Manager, Athlete Development, Running (Grade 45) in the Netherlands to lead strategy and execution of athlete development plans across the EMEA Running portfolio. You will partner across the organization to create holistic plans for top assets and athletes, shaping experiences and services that deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of athlete development plans across EMEA Running.
• Develop holistic athlete plans and roadmaps by partnering across the organization.
• Gather athlete insights to shape experiences and strengthen relationships.
• Drive athlete performance services through the London NSRL.
• Create meaningful product experiences that deepen athlete connections.
• Build and execute seasonal plans linking athletes to seasonal concepts.
• Contribute to the EMEA athlete tiering framework and local plan rollout.
• Lead seasonal athlete seeding plans and servicing priorities.
• Brief athlete styling and gifting strategies with athlete services team.
• Manage budget for Running and investment decisions; drive operational excellence.
