Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to identify, qualify, and shape Finance Operations outsourcing opportunities.
• Lead client discussions and discovery workshops to understand business challenges and value drivers.
• Develop high-level business cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Assess opportunity viability, strategic fit, and prioritization.
• Shape opportunities from early qualification to executable deal strategy.
• Lead end-to-end Finance BPO solutioning and detailed due diligence activities.
• Define target operating models, scope, service delivery models, and governance frameworks.
• Develop transition and transformation approaches, including milestones, dependencies, and risk considerations.
• Translate client requirements into differentiated, scalable Finance Operations solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital Core, Supply Chain, industry, technology, and other specialists as required.
• Provide Finance BPO input into commercial models, pricing strategies, and deal economics.
• Support contract negotiations, service-level discussions, and the definition of commitments.
• Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Partner with legal, commercial, finance, and delivery teams to identify and mitigate deal risks.
• Ensure proposed solutions balance client value, competitiveness, and operational viability.
• Support multiple opportunities in parallel and build trusted client relationships.
• Coach teams on Finance Operations value propositions, market trends, and outsourcing models.
• Contribute to development of Finance BPO offerings and reusable assets.
• Develop a strong pipeline of Finance BPO deal and solutioning talent.
