Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Manufacturing & AI Enabled Operations in Amsterdam. You’ll shape strategic agendas, lead programs and deliver AI-infused solutions across sites, from pilot to scale, guiding factories of the future with IIoT, digital twins and predictive maintenance.

You’ll build value cases, win opportunities, and develop EY’s manufacturing practice while mentoring multidisciplinary teams. Hybrid work and international collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in manufacturing, high tech, utilities, energy or oil & gas.
• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Digital native with a passion for manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical capabilities; strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic agenda for digital manufacturing and asset management as strategic priorities.
• Turn ambition into measurable results with AI-infused operating models and predictive maintenance.
• Lead complex transformations from pilot to scale across factories.
• Originate and close opportunities; grow long-term client relationships.
• Develop EY's Digital Manufacturing propositions, accelerators and market position.
• Develop people: lead, coach and grow multidisciplinary teams.
