EY Amsterdam is seeking a (Senior) Manager, Business Transformation to shape the future of financial services in banking. You will lead transformation projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive commercial growth across Dutch and European markets.

The role focuses on leveraging AI and data to enable agents and transform banking operating models, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across C-suite levels. Hybrid work and global EY support enhance development.

Formación

• Relevant experience in business transformation, consulting or banking, with a track record appropriate to Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Senior Manager level requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• A degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Finance, Strategic Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale, business-led transformations anchored in business strategy and value.
• Deep banking industry expertise (retail, corporate; optional investment banking or payments).
• Hands-on experience with technology, data, and AI as transformation enablers.
• Experience engaging with C-suite or ExCo stakeholders.
• Commercial capability and active business development experience, including shaping proposals and identifying opportunities.
• Able to contribute to pipeline development and commercial targets.

• Take a leading role in shaping and delivering business proposals and scoping documents.
• Drive transformative change and growth with your strategic vision.
• Engagement delivery: lead business transformation projects or workstreams with multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and timelines.
• Develop and expand in Dutch and European markets by identifying client transformation needs and building long-term relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop consultants within the Business Transformation team and collaborate across capabilities.
