Job summary

EY’s Manufacturing Excellence team in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Consultant/Manager to drive operational transformations for manufacturing and warehousing. You will redesign operating models, lead TPM and Lean initiatives, and guide digital journeys on shop floor operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in manufacturing/warehousing operational excellence transformation.
• Master's degree in operations management or a technical/engineering discipline.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and lead challenging transformation projects to improve client performance in manufacturing and warehousing.
• Support design and optimization of operating models, plants, departments and processes, and lead digital transformation journeys on shop floor operations.
• Collaborate with implementation teams and client stakeholders to deliver value and ensure practical execution of recommendations.
• Involve behavioural and leadership aspects to achieve sustainable improvements.
