EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Agentic Finance Operations in Amsterdam. You will lead global finance transformation programs, combining traditional finance operations expertise with AI, automation and agentic capabilities to redesign Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and related processes.

You’ll advise CFOs and regional leaders, build operating models, and drive measurable value across complex delivery environments.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, finance transformation, Finance Operations, Digital Finance or GBS.
• Strong track record in Finance Operations transformation with measurable impact across efficiency, quality, control or service experience.
• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Intercompany, Controls and Finance Service Management.
• Ability to design operating models, governance structures, performance frameworks, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Experience with technology enablement across ERP, workflow, automation, analytics, process mining, service management, intelligent document processing and AI.

• Lead high-impact Finance Operations transformation programs from strategy and assessment through design, implementation, adoption and value realization.
• Advise senior finance leaders on how to simplify, standardize, automate and agentize finance operations work.
• Design future-ready finance operating models across process, organization, service delivery, governance, data, controls, technology and performance management.
• Redesign end-to-end finance processes across Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Intercompany, Controls and Finance Service Management.
• Prioritize and scale practical use cases for workflow, automation, analytics and AI across finance operations.
