Job summary
EY is seeking a (Senior) Manager in Business Transformation for Banking, based in Amsterdam. You will lead large-scale banking transformation initiatives, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and drive AI-enabled change across client organizations.
You will shape proposals, manage delivery budgets, and contribute to market expansion in the Dutch and European banking sectors, while coaching junior colleagues and building senior client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in business transformation, consulting or banking and track record for Manager/Senior Manager level.
- Deep banking industry expertise across retail, corporate, and possibly investment banking or payments.
- Hands-on tech, data and AI as transformation enablers.
Responsibilities
- Lead shaping proposals, scoping documents and commercial opportunities.
- Drive transformative change with strategic vision and multi-workstream delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex engagements and manage budgets/timelines.
- Develop client relationships and contribute to market expansion in Dutch/European banking.
- Coach and develop consultants; collaborate across teams and propositions.
