Job summary

EY in the Netherlands seeks a (senior) manager to join the Strategy and Execution team, leading strategic projects in M&A, divestitures, and corporate transformations. You will guide clients through pre- and post-deal phases, value creation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with a tight-knit team, operating across a broad range of industries and leveraging a hybrid work model with a focus on professional development and enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years (manager) or 7 years (senior manager) relevant M&A experience.
• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of operational aspects of M&A including due diligence, planning, synergies and value creation.
• Ability to link business strategy to performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive analyses, design, and implementation of solutions including performance analysis and operating model design.
• Lead clients and their teams through the transaction cycle and secure commitment to results.
• Direct and inspire your team to tackle challenges and deliver projects.
• Contribute to business development and expand internal/external networks.
