Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager for Global Business Services Transformation in Amsterdam. You will lead high-impact engagements, shape operating models, and advance automation and digital capabilities across functions.

You’ll manage senior stakeholders, grow client pipelines, and mentor diverse teams to deliver sustainable value. You will work in a globally connected, diverse team with opportunities to broaden expertise, advance leadership skills, and contribute to EY’s GBS Transformation offering

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of consulting or industry experience in GBS or large-scale operating model change.
• Experience leading GBS transformation work across strategy, design, implementation and governance.
• Knowledge of automation, workflow and AI in enterprise service delivery.
• Strong KPI understanding and value drivers for GBS organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships with enterprise transformation leaders.
• Develop and coach multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact engagements.
• Shape and deliver GBS transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Drive digital transformation, automation and AI-enabled service delivery.
• Originate opportunities, lead proposals, support go-to-market activities.
