Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager for Mall of the Netherlands in the Netherlands. You will own the leasing strategy, steer the annual business plan, and lead the on-site Leasing Manager to deliver strong leasing KPIs and commercial outcomes.
You will manage relationships with leading brands, coordinate with internal teams, and drive cross‑selling opportunities while ensuring compliance and timely delivery of store openings and relocations.
We’re looking for a Senior Leasing Manager to join our team in the Netherlands, playing a key role in shaping the retail mix at one of Europe’s leading destinations, the Mall of the Netherlands. This is a highly visible, commercially driven role at the heart of the business, where you’ll influence which brands we partner with and how the asset continues to evolve. If you’re motivated by pace, impact, and working closely with some of the industry’s most exciting brands, this could be the opportunity for you. The Senior Leasing Manager will be responsible for the overall leasing performance of Mall of the Netherlands, including direct leadership of the on-site Leasing Manager. This role will define and deliver a clear, commercially focused leasing strategy, ensuring alignment with the asset’s Business Plan and long-term vision. You will take ownership of leasing budgets in partnership with Operating Management, lead both internal and external leasing resources, and be fully accountable for achieving all leasing KPIs. Strong stakeholder management is critical, with responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with brands, joint venture partners, internal UK teams, and the head office in Paris
