Booking.com is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Operations Specialist to lead the operational delivery of complex learning programs across the organisation. Working with L&D COE, People teams, and external facilitators, you will ensure SLAs are met and drive scalable self-service capabilities.

You will administer LMS platforms, manage reporting, and act as Tier-2 LMS lead, coaching teams and ensuring compliant access.

Competenze

• Experience delivering end-to-end learning programs with SLAs and optimising workflows.
• Hands-on LMS administration, tool integrations and automated workflows for digital learning.
• Advanced ability to analyse learning metrics, build dashboards and translate data into strategic insights.
• Ability to establish trusted partnerships with senior leadership, COEs, cross-functional HR teams and vendors.
• Hands-on Docebo administration or backend power-user experience.
• Proven experience administering enterprise learning platforms or complex People Systems.
• Experience in a global enterprise or fast-paced corporate environment managing multi-project learning initiatives.

• Establish partnerships with COEs and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with goals.
• Lead projects and operational initiatives aligned with company priorities.
• Oversee learning operations ticket queues and manage SLAs.
• Identify operational gaps and collaborate on developments to strengthen the operating model.
