Lean Management Institute seeks a Senior Lean Consultant to drive Lean transformations at client sites in Zeist, working on-site and across multiple sectors. You’ll lead initiatives from initial analysis through to full implementation, collaborating with senior leaders and frontline teams to sustain improvements.

You will mentor colleagues, design trainings, and develop our teaching materials while expanding client relationships and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lean improvement experience across sectors.
• Lean Master Black Belt is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or training, with leadership.
• Proven commercial network and client-sourcing ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lean transformation initiatives from analysis to implementation.
• Coach managers and teams from boardroom to front lines in Lean leadership.
• Spar with executives on process improvements and daily management systems.
• Mentor mid-level consultants and develop training materials and programs.
• Lead training sessions and masterclasses, and help develop teaching materials.
