Lean Management Institute in Zeist, the Netherlands, is seeking a mid-level Lean Consultant (Black Belt). You will guide broad Lean implementations across multiple sectors, map value streams and lead Kaizen events, coaching management and teams throughout the change process.

You’ll design improvements, translate analyses into actionable plans, and deliver in-company and open training sessions. A strong Lean background and fluent Dutch/English are essential, with international opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of practical experience with Lean improvement initiatives, either as a consultant or in an in-house role.
• Fluent Dutch and English; German knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and the ability to clearly explain results to production and management.

Responsabilités

• Lead improvement initiatives and Kaizen events to achieve sustainable results.
• Analyze processes using value stream mapping and maturity assessments and identify opportunities.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations and an approach suitable for the organization.
• Coach managers and teams on the job, including daily stand-ups, visual management and A3 problem solving.
• Liaise between shop floor and management and act as a sounding board for leaders.
• Lead Lean training sessions in-company and in open courses.
