Thales Group in Hengelo, Netherlands is seeking a Senior Lean Engineer to deploy Lean methods and tools on the shop floor, partnering with operational managers to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

You will lead Lean rollouts or projects, both as an individual consultant and with the Lean Team, while advancing your own development in a demanding, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an industrial field is preferred.
• Senior experience in Lean implementation within an industrial environment is appreciated.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Lean methods and tools on the shop floor to improve performance.
• Collaborate with operational managers and teams to implement Lean.
• Lead Lean rollouts or Lean projects as consultant or hands-on implementer.
• Coordinate with Lean Team colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
