Job summary

Frencken Group is seeking a seasoned Change & Lean transformation lead for its Frencken Mechatronics unit in the Netherlands. You will drive a site-wide Lean roadmap, coach leaders, and lead cross-functional improvement projects on high-tech assembly environments.

You will apply DMAIC, VSM and other problem-solving techniques to reduce waste, improve uptime and deliver measurable performance gains. Dutch language is a plus; English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in leading improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Experience applying Lean and problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC, A3, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Main KPI’s: Waste reduction, Improvements, Cost: Uptime / productivity, Safety / Quality / Deliveries / Cost: Continuous improvement initiatives.
• Completed (minimum) a relevant HBO education, preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.

• Develop and execute the site's Lean transformation roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Coach leaders and teams in Lean thinking, problem solving, and change management.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and facilitate workshops.
• Identify and eliminate operational waste through data-driven analysis.
• Standardize and optimize processes to improve operational performance.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Support leadership teams with performance management and daily management systems.
