Job summary

Thales Amsterdam is seeking a Lean Improvement Engineer to work on the shop floor with operational managers to deploy Lean and raise performance. You will tackle diverse shop-floor situations, solving problems to implement Lean efficiently for the teams and customers.

You will join the Lean Improvement Team within the Industry Operations organization in Amsterdam, collaborating with 50+ colleagues to accelerate the industrial transformation and ensure high-quality outcomes while promoting

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an industrial related field.
• Experience in Lean within an industrial environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time on the shop floor working with operational managers to deploy Lean and improve performance.
• Address diverse shop floor situations and implement Lean in the most efficient way for operational teams.
• Collaborate with the Lean team and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
