Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions B.V. in the Netherlands seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join the transformation team. You will lead workshops, analyze processes, and coach stakeholders to implement Lean improvements across departments, including on-site placements.

The role requires an HBO degree with 1–2 years operational or consulting experience, strong problem solving, and proficient English and Dutch communication. Travel and hands-on coaching are expected.

Qualifications

• HBO degree and 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in an operational or consulting role.
• Strong problem solving and analytic skills; able to conduct root cause analysis, think outside the box, make recommendations and track results.
• Persuasiveness and coaching skills to motivate stakeholders to take actions from top management to operational teams.
• Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions and tools; willing to travel on-site for several months.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
• Experience or certification in Lean and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate workshops in multiple departments across the organization, from diagnose to future vision to implementation
• Work with the business in performing analyses of the current processes and give recommendations to improve the process and set up the implementation roadmap
• Take active part in the roll out of the identified improvement areas based on best practices across the organization
• Plan and track progress of projects, generate reports, communicate study findings and make recommendations to team management
• Coach the business during implementation and support in executing actions during the project
• Build internal capabilities and provide trainings related to the Bleckmann Way of Working
