Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Labour Relations Manager to lead Works Council and employee representation in France and the Netherlands. This newly created role sits in the EMEA People organisation and requires expertise in complex labour regulation and stakeholder management. The role reports to the VP of HR EMEA and can be based in France, Belgium or the Netherlands.

You will partner with Legal and HRBPs to drive compliant, strategic labour relations initiatives across EMEA and globally.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive labour relations, employee relations, or HR experience.
Deep expertise in Works Council laws and practice in France and the Netherlands.
Experience leading large-scale organisational change and restructuring consultations.
Strong knowledge of collective bargaining, statutory consultation, and Dutch/French employment law.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and French essential; Dutch fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with Works Council representatives and unions.
Serve as liaison between ServiceNow leadership and Works Council across FR/NL.
Develop engagement strategies balancing business needs with employee representation.
Lead consultation processes on organisational changes and restructurings.
Collaborate with Legal on employment law impacts and risk mitigation.
