Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a Senior Operational Support Engineer to maintain a large-scale private cloud and datacentre environment. You will act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and driving continuous service improvement.

• Experience in 3rd line support for critical infrastructure.
• Strong background with private cloud and datacentre platforms.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Hands-on with automation and scripting for efficiency.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based operations and incident mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support for core infrastructure platforms.
• Act as the highest technical escalation point for incidents.
