Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a Senior Operational Support Engineer to maintain a large-scale private cloud and datacentre environment. You will act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and driving continuous service improvement.

What They Will Be Doing

• Maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Supporting major incidents and recovery activities.
• Previous experience working within an L3 / 3rd Line Support function.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Experience supporting private cloud or datacentre platforms.
• Good understanding of virtualisation technologies.
• Experience with enterprise storage platforms.
• Experience supporting software-defined networking environments.
• Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
• Experience working within ITIL-based operational environments.
