The role involves acting as a technical escalation for support teams, resolving complex incidents, and managing change execution. With a strong emphasis on VMware expertise and analytical skills, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, based in the Netherlands. Flexible hours are also required for critical changes.

Qualifications

• Must pass AIVD screening (Dutch homeland security).
• Must reside in the Netherlands.
• Minimum 2 years as an L3 engineer in large VMware environments.

Responsibilities
