Job summary

Horizon3.ai seeks a Mid to Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience to join our remote‑friendly team. You’ll tackle cloud, networking, and security issues for enterprise customers, using Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools across AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, meet SLAs, mentor juniors, and help grow our knowledge base while staying current with new security and cloud trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, systems administration or cloud operations in enterprise environments.
• Background in cybersecurity, including threat detection, encryption and compliance knowledge.
• Strong Linux administration skills with production‑level troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on containerization experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• IaC tooling experience and scripting for automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers via multiple channels.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues, perform root‑cause analysis and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to resolve challenges and document solutions.
• Assist in deployment and optimization of customer environments, advising on IaC and containers.
• Monitor SLAs, respond to tickets promptly, and contribute to process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and help build internal training resources.
• Stay updated on new technologies to improve support capabilities.
