Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as Fruits Sales Representative in a Fruits/Vegetable production/distribution company.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Experienced ERP user and knowledge of MS Office.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of the German market and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with German customers to achieve agreed objectives.
• Accurately take daily orders from customers and input them into the ERP system.
• Address and resolve customer claims and returns promptly.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with existing customers to assure profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update internal data for reporting.
• Coordinate logistics with ports and logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Daily/weekly stock control for all relevant service providers in the supply chain.
• Plan and record annual visits to existing and potential customers with transparent visit reports.
