Job summary

Toolstation NL is seeking an IT-Support Engineer at our Bleiswijk head office. You will manage IT services, assist in incident/change/problem processes, and drive continual improvements while supporting internal users with software, hardware, and systems.

Key tasks include documenting IT systems, escalation for platforms, and collaborating with teams; a driver’s licence and ITIL certification are preferred. The role offers a full-time schedule with potential permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Google Workspace.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Some IT-support experience.
• Knowledge of various operating systems.
• Proficiency in business productivity suites.
• Understanding of computer networking and ITIL-processes.
• Driver’s licence.
• ITIL certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT services, assisting incident, change, and problem management.
• Produce reports on service and system health.
• Provide top-tier customer service for IT issues.
