Job summary

Zedra Fund Services is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Officer to lead a global IRO team and deliver outstanding investor service across private equity funds. You will oversee investor servicing, shareholder records, due diligence, and capital calls, distributions, and redemptions.

In this leadership role, you will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with fund managers and clients to drive operational excellence and timely, accurate fund intelligence.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages desirable.
• Understanding of Private Equity fund mechanics and lifecycle.
• Ability to supervise and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investor servicing and maintain shareholder records.
• Review investor transactions and fund onboarding.
• Ensure capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions are executed timely.
• Maintain client files for compliance and due diligence.
• Prepare monthly management reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
