PER in Amsterdam is seeking an IR professional to strengthen its investor relations capabilities, focusing on investor coverage and fundraising across Europe and globally. The role will support seni or IR leaders, manage LP communications, and contribute to due diligence and investor meetings.

Candidates should have background in private equity, growth equity, asset management or placement, with strong ownership and LP credibility, and fluency in English; a second European language is preferred.

• Experience in investor coverage, fundraising or IR project management with exposure to institutional LPs.
• Strong ownership, judgment, and LP-facing credibility.
• Fluency in English with a second European language preferred (Dutch, Spanish, French or Italian).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior IR professionals on fundraising initiatives across geographies and products.
• Act as day-to-day contact for LPs, coordinating internally for timely communication.
• Develop understanding of funds investment strategy, fund structures and portfolio performance to support investor dialogue.
• Lead investor meetings, due diligence sessions, and events with the investment team and external stakeholders.
• Assist end-to-end fundraising lifecycle including pipeline tracking and LP engagement.

What the job involves

• Partner with senior IR professionals on fundraising initiatives, including lead generation, investor outreach, and pipeline management across geographies and products
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for LPs, responding to information requests and coordinating internally to ensure timely, high-quality communication
• Develop a strong understanding of the funds investment strategy, fund structures, portfolio companies, and performance to confidently support investor dialogue
• Play a key role in organising and leading investor meetings, due diligence sessions, and events, including coordination with the investment team and external stakeholders
• Assist in the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle, including pipeline tracking, LP engagement and due diligence

Who we are looking for

• Experience from a leading private equity, growth equity, asset management firm or placement agent with proven success in investor coverage, fundraising, or IR project management with exposure to institutional LPs
• Background can be from either sales/coverage or project management-focused IR, provided the candidate demonstrates strong ownership, judgment, and LP-facing credibility
• Strong preference for candidates fluent in English and a second European language, particularly Dutch, Spanish, French, and Italian
