Job summary

Upward Technologies is seeking an Investor Relations Lead to drive the pre-seed round for ERIS. You will build a targeted investor list, manage pitches, and guide term sheets alongside the founder. This fully remote role offers equity, success fees, and a clear growth path as ERIS scales.

You will engage angels and VCs in Europe, explain the technology, and work independently at an early stage. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing pre-seed or seed rounds.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Independent, structured, hands-on at an early stage.
• Strong network of angels and early-stage investors in B2B software/AI or data sovereignty.

Responsibilities

• Own the investor narrative and financial model for ERIS.
• Build a targeted list of angels, VCs, family offices, syndicates, and grant programs; connect with decision makers.
• Manage the investor pipeline, data room, materials, pitches, and drive toward term sheets and closing.
