Job summary

ASM International is seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to drive external financial communications and engage with investors globally. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will craft messages on strategy, growth, and performance while collaborating with Finance, Legal, Sustainability, HR, Marketing, and Executive Management.

The role requires deep financial acumen, 5+ years in IR or similar, and fluency in English, in a dynamic, high-tech semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance external financial communications (earnings releases, investor presentations, annual reports).
• Support quarterly earnings processes and communicate ASM's strategy and performance to investors.
