Job summary

Pulse4all is seeking an experienced investor relations professional to scale our institutional funding efforts. You will map investors, run day-to-day CRM (HubSpot), deliver initial pitches, and coordinate a scalable pipeline from first contact to term sheet, in close collaboration with the founder and finance team.

You will build decks, manage investor updates, and travel to key financial centers (London, Frankfurt, Zurich) as needed, leveraging AI to enhance research and materials.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant experience in debt advisory, private placement, capital raising or corporate finance.
• Strong ability to build new relationships and move deals forward.
• Ability to work autonomously from CRM to decks without waiting for instruction.
• Comfort reading financial models and extracting the story.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to speed up research, outreach and deck creation.

Responsibilities

• Set up HubSpot for institutional funding and run it day-to-day; build a qualified investor longlist.
• Approach investors by email/phone, deliver pitches, ensure timely follow-up and clear next steps.
• Turn numbers into decks, one-pagers and charts; perform market research as needed.
• Prepare investor updates and meetings; participate in conversations in key financial centers.
• Manage the data room, coordinate investor questions and keep the DD timeline on track.
• Use AI for research, outreach and CRM enrichment; draft decks and Q&A for scalable pipeline.
