• Own the ongoing relationship and experience for institutional and fiduciary clients in line with contractual agreements.
• Lead client engagements during pre-win phase in partnership with Sales.
• Manage responses to RFPs, pitches and due diligence events.
• Negotiate client contractual documentation with Sales and contracting teams.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
