The Role

We are hiring a Senior Technology Recruiter to join our European headquarters in Amsterdam, to play a key role in growing our technology recruitment offering across the Netherlands and wider European market.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building market presence, managing senior client relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a competitive, fast-moving technology landscape.

You will have autonomy over your desk, responsibility for revenue generation, and the opportunity to influence strategy and build a team over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop a specialist technology recruitment market (e.g. Software, Data, Cloud, Cyber, Infrastructure, Product)
• Deliver full 360 recruitment services across permanent and/or contract hiring
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a strategic hiring partner
• Proactively source, engage and manage senior and high-demand technology talent
• Lead complex recruitment processes from brief through to offer negotiation
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through market mapping and networking
• Provide clients with insight on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability
• Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets
• Support the development of junior consultants through coaching and collaboration

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior or experienced Technology Recruiter in an agency environment
• Strong track record of billing, delivery, and client development
• Deep understanding of technology recruitment markets and candidate dynamics
• Commercial, consultative and relationship-driven approach
• Resilient, ambitious and comfortable in a performance-led environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch or another European language is an advantage)
• Right to work in the Netherlands or willingness to relocate to Amsterdam
