The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance and hands-on experience with hardware/software configuration, networks, and end-user support. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and security.

This project-based contract runs through December 2026 with 100% on-site commitment and a total scope of 300 hours.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance required.
• 3 years post-related ICT experience; 5 years if secondary education.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ICT end systems in large orgs.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
• On-site availability in The Hague, NL.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair ICT systems and hardware.
• Provide end-user technical support and issue resolution.
• Configure hardware/software and manage network devices.
• Monitor system performance and apply software updates.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize ICT infrastructure.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support with KPIs.
