Job summary

EMW, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technician (ICT Systems) based in The Hague, NL. The role covers installation, maintenance and repair of ICT systems, plus 24/7 on-call support to ensure service continuity.

You will configure hardware/software, manage network devices, and work with multiple departments to optimise ICT infrastructure for business operations. The candidate will have 3+ years of post-related experience or 5 years with a secondary qualification, and must hold active NATO COSMIC TOP

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and providing end-user support for ICT systems.
• Ability to design, deploy and verify software configurations and system parameters.
• Strong understanding of network operations and incident response.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems across multiple ICT domains.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair ICT systems and hardware.
• Provide 2nd level on-site technical support to end-users.
• Configure and test system software, hardware and network components.
• Document installation results and procedures; assist with changes and updates.
