You will troubleshoot issues, assist with configurations, and ensure systems run optimally while coordinating with customers to address needs and best practices.

The role requires an active NATO SECRET clearance, 3–5 years of related experience, on-site work, and the ability to participate in 24/7 on-call responses.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance required.
• 3 years post-related experience with higher vocational training, or 5 years with secondary education.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues in software, hardware, and integrations.
• Proficient in debugging, log analysis, and root-cause identification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of APIs and basic integrations.
• Customer-facing IT support or technical help desk experience.
• ITIL foundation or advanced training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support during implementation and maintenance of software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist with configurations and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and advise on best practices.
• Work with development and product teams to escalate complex issues and drive improvements.
• Support solution design, deployment, and ongoing operations.
