• Assist in requirements elicitation and management for defined projects.
• Plan and drive systems development projects, ensuring resources and standards.
• Specify configurations for small networks or segments per standards.
• Provide applications support and maintain performance statistics.
• Package releases using approved deployment tools and document activities.
• Provide 24/7 on-call response to service operations and incident resolutions.
