Job summary

Lucanet is seeking a Senior HubSpot Operations Manager to serve as the HubSpot platform architect and strategic advisor. You will ensure HubSpot integrates with Salesforce and the wider MarTech ecosystem while aligning Marketing, RevOps and IT on scalable, high performing systems.

You will design attribution, nurture and funnel measurement frameworks, and lead data governance across marketing, sales and IT. The role requires growth mindset and ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, or a related IT function.
• Expert HubSpot experience, certification preferred, including complex HubSpot to Salesforce sync environments.
• Experience designing scalable data models, lifecycle frameworks, and B2B funnel attribution.
• Strong skills in data quality, segmentation, and reporting across marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with API integrations, middleware tools, and marketing automation workflow design.
• Experience supporting global data compliance requirements, including GDPR and consent frameworks.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as HubSpot platform architect, sharing best practices and hands-on strategic guidance.
• Own MarTech strategy, improving scalability, performance, and alignment across Marketing, RevOps, and IT.
• Define scalable data architecture and governance frameworks across HubSpot, including reporting and workflow.
• Optimize lifecycle stage frameworks, lead management, and routing logic across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
• Architect integrations using APIs, middleware, and native connectors across HubSpot, Salesforce, and MarTech tools.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve marketing operations efficiency.
• Support Marketing and Web teams on HubSpot CMS architecture, templates, and SEO performance.
• Establish change control processes and platform governance standards for HubSpot.
