Job summary

Nedap is seeking a HubSpot & RevOps Specialist to shape the commercial architecture that drives growth. You will lead the HubSpot setup for business units, translate needs into scalable designs, and connect systems and data with a focus on quality and maintainability.

You will collaborate with a Growth & Automation Team to standardize processes, drive automation, and deliver value across Nedap's customer journey. A hybrid, flexible model and campus presence in Groenlo are expected.

Qualifications

Extensive HubSpot/RevOps experience across multiple teams or processes.
Strong CRM design experience with impact on users, data and scalability.
Knowledge of data quality and system integrations.
Familiarity with Winning by Design or willingness to learn.
Experience with tools such as Zuora or Oneflow is a plus.
Proficiency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Design the HubSpot setup and standardize across Nedap while allowing unit-specific solutions.
Build, configure, test HubSpot solutions, automation, and reporting.
Develop data flows and integrations with developers, focusing on quality and reliability.
Document design choices and exceptions for maintainability.
Support users and gather feedback to improve processes and solutions.
