Lucanet is seeking a Senior Campaigns Manager to transform strategy into executed, integrated campaigns across channels. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define targeting and messaging, monitor budgets and performance, and deliver results at a global scale.

Youll drive the campaign plan, coordinate contributors, and continuously improve processes. The role suits a growth-minded professional who wants ownership and real impact within a fast-moving company.

Qualificações

• Proven hands-on experience running multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing campaigns across markets.
• Strong project management with many moving parts and stakeholders.
• Experience using PM tools like Teamwork or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns from brief to execution, managing timelines and budgets.
• Partner with the Campaign Team Lead on gating decisions and briefs before build begins.
• Build and own the project plan and coordinate experts across social, content, paid, email and webinars.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and reusable campaign templates across the team.
• Review campaign elements including messaging, design, ads and emails for quality and brand alignment using Jasper.
• Establish and track KPIs using Dreamdata and Lightdash to flag bottlenecks.
• Provide inputs for bi-weekly leadership report on logo pipeline and campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data and turn results into learnings for the next cycle.
